"Shipping felt a little pricey"
I ordered a coin from govmint and, the whole process was smooth. The website was easy enough to use, and when my order arrived, it was packed really well.

I guess my only hesitation is that the shipping cost seemed a bit high for what I bought. It wasn’t outrageous or anything, but I did pause when I saw it at checkout. Overall though, I’m still happy with the order

"Delivery never showed up"
I’m still waiting for my order and there hasn’t been any update at all. I get that delays happen, but common sense says someone should at least let the customer know what’s going on

I ordered a coin from GovMint and was glad to see it checked out as real. The packaging was solid and everything arrived without any issues. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again

"Grading was mostly fair, but one coin seemed off"
Overall, the grading seemed fair and I was mostly happy with it. One coin did feel like it was graded a bit higher than it should’ve been, though, and that part was weird. Not a bad experience, just not perfect.

At first everything seemed relaxed, and I thought it was going to be a decent experience. But then they just kept pushing me to buy, even after I said I wanted to think about it. It got annoying fast, honestly. I mean, they were polite enough, I guess, but the sales pressure kind of ruined it for me

"Website works, but it feels a little clunky"
I used govmint.com a while back, maybe sometime in February or March, and it was fine overall for looking around. I was able to find the coins I had in mind, and the photos loaded well for the most part. The categories mostly made sense too, so browsing wasn’t too hard.
That said, the site does feel kind of dated and a bit crowded. A few pages took longer to load than I expected, and checkout felt like it had one or two steps too many. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I’d hoped.

"Seems legit, I think"
I’ve ordered from them twice now, and both times the coins showed up just as described. I was a little unsure at first, and maybe I’m overthinking it, but everything seems legit to me so far.

I’ve ordered from govmint a few times now, and the prices seem fair for what I’ve received. A couple items were a little higher than I expected (nothing too wild), but they still seemed in line with what I’ve seen on other coin sites. Shipping was decent too (always a plus). I do wish the deals were a bit easier to find sometimes, but overall it’s been a good experience.

The box showed up crushed, and the coin case had some scratches on it. I was going to say it was fine overall, but the packaging really should’ve been better.

"Got the wrong item in my order"
I was looking forward to getting my order because I’d been waiting for it to arrive all week, and when I opened the package, it ended up being the wrong item. Not sure how that happened, but it was frustrating since I needed the one I actually ordered. Overall, not happy with the experience...

I’ve tried to grab a limited coin twice now, and both times it was gone before I could even finish checkout. Super frustrating!! At this point, it kind of feels pointless to keep checking the site anymore.

"Honestly, replies took way too long"
The customer service was frustrating. I reached out about my order and waited way longer than I should’ve to get a response. When they finally did reply, it didn’t really answer what I was asking, so I still felt stuck. It kind of felt like I was being ignored or passed around. For what they charge, I expected a lot better support. Not a great experience.

"Shipping was slower than expected"
My order did arrive in good shape, so no issues there, but the shipping took longer than I was hoping. The tracking also barely updated, which made it a little frustrating. I reached out to support and they were nice about it, basically saying, “it’s still on the way and should update soon,” but it still left me checking every day. Overall, the product was fine once it got here, just wish the delivery had been smoother.

"Nice coin, but umm the upsells were a lot"
I ordered from govmint.com and, umm, the coin showed up in good shape. Shipping was fine too, no real problems there, so I was happy with the actual purchase.

The only thing that bugged me a little was how much extra stuff they try to push during checkout. Lots of add-ons and deals popping up after you pick something. Not a huge deal, but kind of annoying. Overall it’s still a good site, I just wish the checkout was simpler.

I called govmint.com to check on an order, and the waiting part was frustrating. I expected to be on hold for a bit, but it ended up taking longer than I thought it would.

Once I finally got someone on the phone, they were polite and did answer my questions. I did have to repeat a few things though, and the whole conversation felt slower than it needed to be.

Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t smooth either. I got the information I needed in the end, so I’d say 3 stars feels about right

"Refund was slow, but it worked out"
I had to send an order back, and the refund did eventually come through. It took a few days longer than I would’ve liked, which was a bit frustrating, but to be fair, customer service did respond and got it sorted in the end.

“Yes!- they are! By my Experience with them! I know they are! Once they tried to steal my money out of my Mastercard account!- Without My Permission! On Oct 26th! After I made an order with them! Then the next day! They tried to pull this one on me! For 169$$! They are Nothing but A theif! And when I called to make a Complaint against them! The operator refused to hear it! But wanted to still take another order! But not Complaints! That's a Fraud to me! Now I will demand a refund from them! Tomorrow! And never order from them again! So believe me they are A Scam too! They just appear to be real! But they're Not! Stay away! If u don't want to get robbed by them! So Avoid them!”

“Yes!- there is! Littleton Coin Company are the same just like them! Liars! And a thief too! By my own experience with them also! And there is Mystic Stamp! But I never had a problem with them- yet! So if u want to buy more Coins! Don't buy from GovMint! And littleton! If so my Advice to you! Don't ever use your credit card or debit! I learned the hard way! And I'm glad I did! Use a Money order instead! That way! They can never steal from you! By your Card! But it can still happen either way! So it's best not to deal with them at all! If u don't want to get robbed!”
